Created for New Interfaces in Musical Expression (NIME), The Message is an audio and video sampling instrument with interactions modeled after the experience of using an analog TV.

Televised explores eras of the "African-American experience," taking advantage of the temporal dysphoria that comes from samples being taken from a wide range of film and music history to depict the continuing, and possibly never-ending struggle for Black American Civil Rights.
